For each phone line and telephone number used with Sangoma cloud services, the customer must register with Sangoma the physical location (including floor and suite number) where customer will be using the Sangoma cloud services with that phone number. Customer’s initial location will be registered as part of subscribing to the service. However, it is incumbent on customer to update customer’s physical location if the customer’s address changes. The customer update the physical location by submitting this form.

Customers who are residential users or who have nomadic equipment or phones where the calling location changes as the device moves to another location may not use Sangoma cloud services. If customer is a residential user or nomadic user who attempts to make unauthorized use of Sangoma cloud services from the new location, 911 calls made will be sent to an emergency center near your old address.
