Management Team
Sangoma’s management team is comprised of industry veterans that specialize in operations, technology, marketing and sales. The team has deep domain expertise in VoIP and Unified Communication design, manufacture and distribution and can use first hand experiences to address the challenges our customers face. The team is committed to building and managing a world-class organization focused on serving and delivering results for our shareholders and customers.
Norman Worthington
Interim Executive Chairman
Mr. Worthington has over 30 years’ experience as an executive and founder within the software and software enabled services industry. Mr. Worthington previously held the position of Founder, Executive Chairman & Chief Executive Officer for Star2Star Communications- a cloud-native communications, collaboration, and integration solutions provider- which was acquired by Sangoma in 2021. Mr. Worthington received an undergraduate degree from New College of Florida and a law degree from Northwestern School of Law, Lewis & Clark College.
Nenad Corbic
Chief Technology Officer
Nenad Corbic, is the Chief Technology Officer at Sangoma. His responsibilities include setting the technical direction for the next generation of Sangoma communication and connectivity products, including VoIP, SIP, TDM and IP to IP communications. He oversees research and development of all Sangoma products that range from PC-based telephony interface cards to embedded VoIP gateways to telco grade solutions for VoIP/TDM, Session Border Controllers and Video, as well as cloud solutions for monitoring and management of VoIP/Telephony peripherals and networks.
Jim Machi
Chief Product & Marketing Officer
Jim Machi is the Chief Product & Marketing Officer for Sangoma.
He is responsible for Sangoma’s overall product strategy including driving customer oriented cloud communication as a service products to the market and for developing and executing the global marketing plan including digital strategy, partner marketing, content generation, branding and lead generation activities. Prior to Sangoma, Jim spent significant time at Dialogic and Intel in
various roles, including business unit general manager and SVP of product management and marketing. Jim has a BSEE from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in finance from New York University.
Jamie Minner
Chief Revenue Officer
Jamie Minner is the Chief Revenue Officer for Sangoma, responsible for leading global sales, including all revenue-generating and customer-facing activities. Jamie joined Sangoma as part of the NetFortris acquisition, where he served in the same capacity.
Jamie brings over 20 years of experience in building sales organizations as a VP or above at Cbeyond, Comcast, Momentum, TPX, and NetFortris. As VP/GM at TPx, Jamie recruited to create The UC Line of Business / GTM strategy and grow the Collaboration/UC revenue, achieving 80% revenue growth in one year.
Jamie went to the University of Tennessee with a degree in Business Admin and Management and served in the United States Marine Corps for six years.
Samantha Reburn
General Counsel Corporate Secretary
Samantha Reburn is the General Counsel for Sangoma, responsible for managing and overseeing Sangoma’s legal affairs. In addition, as Corporate Secretary, Sam is responsible for all corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Sangoma, Sam was an associate at Goodmans LLP in Toronto and most recently served as General Counsel of Docebo Inc. Sam holds a J.D. from Western University and a B.A. from McGill University.
Larry Stock
Chief Financial Officer
Larry Stock is the Chief Financial Officer for Sangoma, responsible for Accounting and Finance, Investor Relations, Compliance, People & Talent, Facilities, IT and Supply Chain Operations. Larry joined Sangoma as part of the Star2Star acquisition, where he was Chief Financial Officer. Larry brings almost 35 years of professional experience to Sangoma, most prominently from Jabil where over a 22 year career, Larry held a number of executive leadership roles. As Chief Audit Executive, VP of Risk & Assurance, Larry had company-wide responsibility for all internal audit functions and reported directly to the Audit Committee Chairman of the Board of Directors. As Chief Risk Officer, Larry was responsible for global functions including Social & Environmental Responsibility, Real Estate, Insurance, Enterprise Risk Management, Supplier Regulatory Compliance, Aviation, Government and Civic Engagement, Internal Audit. As Divisional Chief Financial Officer in the Company’s largest division, Larry was responsible for the commercial, operational, analytical and strategic finance functions throughout the world. A New York native, Larry earned a bachelor’s in business administration degree from Pace University.
