Analog Cards
The Sangoma A400 analog telephony card is our high density analog card from two (2) to 24 ports for Asterisk, FreePBX and PBXact phone systems. That’s up to 24 PSTN calls all on a single PCI Express slot. The modular nature of the cards allows you to mix and match between FXO and FXS interfaces, giving you the exact port configuration you need.
The base A400 telephony card provides from 2-12 analog ports using dual channel interface modules and is expandable up to 24 ports by adding daughterboards and the Remora backplane system

FXS Ports are used to connect analog telephones and fax machines. They are also used to connect to the FXO ports of an analog phone system. They provide ring voltage to FXO devices.
FXS modules for A400 cards
Each module supports up to 2 FXS channels, and up to two analog devices such as an analog phone or tradition fax machine.
FXO ports are used to connect directly to PSTN telco / provider lines. They are used to connect your analog phone system to the PSTN. They receive ring voltage from FXS devices.
FXO modules for A400 cards
Each module supports up to 2 FXS channels, and up to two PSTN trunk lines.
A400 Card Without Modules
- A400-A400BRMDE - A400 PCI Express card with hardware echo cancellation. FXS/FXO modules not included. Can be combined with up to 6 FXS or 6 FXO modules for a total of 12 ports.
- A400-A400BRME - A400 PCI Express card without hardware echo cancellation. FXS/FXO modules not included. Can be combined with up to 6 FXS or 6 FXO modules for a total of 12 ports.

- BRAC*A400RA - Full Height Bracket for A400RA Card.
- BRAC*A400RALP - Low Profile Bracket for A400RA Card.
Modules
- A200-FXO - 2 Port FXO module for use inside A400.
- A200-FXS - 2 Port FXS module for use inside A400.
- A400-A400RA - Sangoma Expansion Module for the A400BRME cards. This add on will give you access to 12 additional ports of FXO or FXS that can be added. The A400RA that you add onto your base A400BRM card you will need a A400BP2 remora which tethers the base card plus the daughter card.

DSP Echo Canceller
- G.168-2002 echo cancellation in the hardware
- 1024 taps/128 ms tail per channel on all channel densities
