Sangoma Names Comlink Networks as Master Reseller for Lync Express Solutions

TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwired – July 3, 2013) – Sangoma Technologies Corporation (TSX VENTURE:STC), a leading provider of hardware and software components that enable or enhance IP communications systems for both voice and data, announced that Comlink Networks, a leading provider of carrier and SIP Trunking services in North America, has been selected as a Master Reseller for Sangoma’s line of Lync Express products. Comlink Networks is Sangoma’s first partner to receive Master Reseller designation.

“We are very pleased to select Comlink Networks as our first Lync Express Master Reseller,” said Mark Wagner, Sangoma’s vice president of sales for carrier, Microsoft Lync and Office 365 solutions. “Participants in the Master Reseller program are being chosen specifically because of their experience in the Microsoft ecosystem. Some of our competitors have signed dozens of general resellers to their Lync distribution programs regardless of prior experience or expertise. However, Sangoma is partnering with expert Master Resellers who have specialized knowledge of Microsoft products, Lync and Office 365 who can provide our customers, other resellers and end users with the practical expertise needed to properly design, install and execute a Lync or Office 365 deployment. It is critical that everyone associated with Sangoma, including our Master Resellers, smaller resellers and end users have a positive and productive Lync and Office 365 experience. Comlink offers an expert technical staff that we expect will add great value to our customers and end users that rely on Lync and Office 365.”

Based in Texarkana, TX, Comlink Networks provides a wide array of voice and data communications solutions to businesses. The company is an AT&T Partner Exchange Platinum Solution Provider, certified Microsoft small business specialist, and also provides technologies from a vast array of partners, including Cisco, Dell and Mitel Networks. Comlink Networks offers its customers and partners both on-premise and hosted solutions that help customers increase productivity and reduce operating costs.

“We are very proud to be named as Sangoma’s first Master Reseller,” said Howard Pittman, chief executive officer of Comlink Networks. “Cutting edge products like Sangoma Lync and Office 365 solutions, including their cost effective line of session border controllers, coupled with our network planning and our Microsoft systems installation and integration expertise, will translate into seamless deployments and superior service for our customers.”

Lync Express and other Sangoma solutions will be on display at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference taking place July 7 through 11, 2013 in Houston, Texas. Sangoma will be participating in the Social Enterprise section of the exhibit hall in booth #240.
