The COVID-19 virus is impacting so many organizations and businesses around the world. Sangoma is committed to doing our part, in an attempt to keep our people and our communities healthy and safe.
And to our valued customers and partners, we are equally committed to continuing to serve you, in the same dedicated way we always have! The way in which we may have to do that over the near term might need to change somewhat, but we will absolutely be here for you. Here are some of the ways Sangoma is working to ensure we meet our objectives and your expectations during these challenging times:

  1. Sangoma is observing all government health and safety directives. For instance, if a local government has declared schools should be closed in a region around the globe, then we have instituted work from home policies for our offices in that area, no matter where in the world that may be. Employees that can perform their duties remotely, are doing so, and the few staff that need to be at a Sangoma facility, are doing that but with many fewer staff present, we expect this ‘social distancing’ to materially reduce exposure/transmission.
  2. Sangoma ran a “work from home” test during the week of March 9th so we are prepared to continue business operations at the quality our customers expect. We are “on the job” and we have the tools and technology to continue serving our customers, while at the same time ensuring our employees are as “safe” as possible.
  3. We are doing everything possible to maintain continuity of supply throughout our global supply chain. Only a small portion of that is in China, and we are as confident as possible at this stage that we can meet the product/supply needs of our customers in most all cases.
  4. Sangoma has suspended business travel for our staff at this point. We have also halted face-to-face meetings with visitors at Sangoma facilities across the globe. We will use various unified communication methods to continue with the meetings as scheduled

Sangoma will continue to monitor the recommendations provided by governments and health authorities, and we will adjust our policies to ensure our practices comply with the latest directives.
We look forward to continuing to work with you in the future and thank you for your continued support. If you have any questions, please contact us at
