Osi Telecom appeared in the market in August of 2005 in response to demand for telephony IP, as a division of the business-oriented Global Osi Telecommunications.

In July of 2006, Osi Telecom created the System of Operators to help give voice to the average smaller operator of STFC and recognize the importance communication.
