NetBorder™ can also be used as a TDM-to-IP gateway, enabling the integration of legacy telephony network or devices with our partners' IP Contact Center applications. Of particular importance are NetBorder's proxy capabilities built into its gateways, which allows IPCC's to be deployed without a softswitch, therefore bringing the real benefits of IP, but without some of the most costly components.
