Sangoma Second Quarter Results Show Annual Net Income Growth of 66%

Record sales of $3.21 million results in record net earnings of $0.96 million

MARKHAM, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 27, 2008) - Sangoma Technologies Corporation (TSX VENTURE:STC), the premium provider of PC-based telephony hardware and software products for proprietary and open source based networking and telephony solutions, today released highlights of its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.

Sales were $3.21 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 as compared to $2.24 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007, an increase of 44%. Net income after provision for taxes was $0.96 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2008, 66% higher than net income for the corresponding quarter in 2007.

Sales growth was positive in all geographic regions, with sales outside of North America showing the highest annual growth rate at 84%.

Both sales and net income figures are all-time records for the Corporation. This quarter completes seven consecutive quarters of record sales.

The Corporation completed the financial quarter ended March 31, 2008 with working capital of $8.26 million, as compared to $5.29 million on June 30, 2007, an increase of 56%.
