Sangoma Technologies Announces Dividend
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Feb. 8, 2006) - Sangoma Technologies Corporation (TSX VENTURE:STC) (www.sangoma.com), a leading provider of connectivity hardware and software products for VoIP, TDM voice, WANs and Internet infrastructure, today announced the declaration of a dividend of $0.011 per common share.The shareholders entitled to receive payment of the dividend will be holders of common shares as of the close of business on February 21, 2006. The payment date of the dividend is expected to be on or about March 13, 2006.
This marks the fourth consecutive year in which Sangoma has paid a dividend.
