Sangoma Technologies CTO to Relocate

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - April 14, 2005) - 

Gideon Hack to provide technical expertise while exploring marketing and 
M&A opportunities from Israel

Sangoma Technologies Corporation (TSX VENTURE:STC) (www.sangoma.com), a 
leading provider of connectivity hardware and software products 
supporting voice transport, WANs and Internet infrastructure, today 
announced that Gideon Hack, currently Chief Technology Officer, will be 
relocating to Israel in August 2005. David Mandelstam, President and CEO 
of the company, will be taking over his duties as CTO.

Mr. Hack will continue to work full time for Sangoma, providing 
technical input and developing regional marketing and partnership 
initiatives. He will also remain on the board of directors of the 
company.
