Sangoma Releases Highlights of its Audited Results for 
the Financial Year 2003-2004

MARKHAM, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Oct. 19, 2004) - 

Net Income Before Taxes Of $365,824 On Sales Of $2,551,729 For The 
Financial Year

Sangoma Technologies Corporation (TSXV: STC) (www.sangoma.com), an 
award-winning Wide Area Network (WAN) communication hardware and 
software manufacturer, today released highlights of its audited results 
for the financial year ended June 30 2004. 

Sales for the year ended June 30, 2004 were $2,551,729 as compared with 
$3,041,563 for the financial year ended June 30, 2003. Gross profit for 
the year 2003-2004 was $1,862,721 as compared to $2,176,239 for the 
previous year. Gross margin was 73 per cent as compared to 72 per cent 
for the previous year.

Net income before provision for income taxes for the year 2003-2004 was 
$365,825 as compared with net income before provision for income taxes 
for the previous year of $681,711. After provision for income taxes, net 
income for the year 2003-2004 was $232,574 ($0.01 per share) as compared 
to $871,711 ($0.03 per share) for the previous year. Cash flow from 
operations in the year ended June 30, 2004 was $684,403 ($.03 per share) 
as compared with $1,397,731 ($0.05 per share) the previous year. 

The company finished the financial year with working capital of 
$1,373,900 as compared to working capital of $1,457,863 for the year 
ended June 30, 2003.
