The team has deep domain expertise in VoIP and Unified Communication design, manufacture and distribution and can use first hand experiences to address the challenges our customers face. Charles Salameh
Chief Executive Officer
Charles Salameh is a seasoned international business practitioner with over 32 years of experience in the Information, Technology, and Network industries. He played a pivotal role in the global transformation of Infosys’ Strategic go-to-market programs and successfully managed its $18B annual revenue program. Charles holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and a civil engineering degree. He is an active industry advisor and a passionate advocate for technology.
Nenad Corbic
Chief Technology Officer

Nenad Corbic, is the Chief Technology Officer at Sangoma. His responsibilities include setting the technical direction for the next generation of Sangoma communication and connectivity products, including VoIP, SIP, TDM and IP to IP communications. He oversees research and development of all Sangoma products that range from PC-based telephony interface cards to embedded VoIP gateways to telco grade solutions for VoIP/TDM, Session Border Controllers and Video, as well as cloud solutions for monitoring and management of VoIP/Telephony peripherals and networks.

Samantha Reburn
General Counsel Corporate Secretary

Samantha Reburn is the General Counsel for Sangoma, responsible for managing and overseeing Sangoma’s legal affairs. In addition, as Corporate Secretary, Sam is responsible for all corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Sangoma, Sam was an associate at Goodmans LLP in Toronto and most recently served as General Counsel of Docebo Inc. Sam holds a J.D. from Western University and a B.A. from McGill University.

Larry Stock
Chief Financial Officer

Larry Stock is the Chief Financial Officer for Sangoma, responsible for Accounting and Finance, Investor Relations, Compliance, People & Talent, Facilities, IT and Supply Chain Operations. Larry joined Sangoma as part of the Star2Star acquisition, where he was Chief Financial Officer. Larry brings almost 35 years of professional experience to Sangoma, most prominently from Jabil where over a 22 year career, Larry held a number of executive leadership roles. As Chief Audit Executive, VP of Risk & Assurance, Larry had company-wide responsibility for all internal audit functions and reported directly to the Audit Committee Chairman of the Board of Directors. As Chief Risk Officer, Larry was responsible for global functions including Social & Environmental Responsibility, Real Estate, Insurance, Enterprise Risk Management, Supplier Regulatory Compliance, Aviation, Government and Civic Engagement, Internal Audit. As Divisional Chief Financial Officer in the Company’s largest division, Larry was responsible for the commercial, operational, analytical and strategic finance functions throughout the world. A New York native, Larry earned a bachelor’s in business administration degree from Pace University.

Chief Information Officer
Mark Strachan brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and a proven track record in information technology, business systems, and operations. With over 30 years of industry knowledge, including company integrations, ERP programs, application roadmaps, service management, and service improvement programs, Mark possesses a remarkable ability to lead teams and implement cutting-edge technologies that optimize operational efficiency and foster business growth. His extensive background and proficiency allow him to drive innovation and achieve remarkable results.
Jeremy Wubs
Chief Operating Officer

Jeremy Wubs is an accomplished technology and transformation executive with an over 20 year track record of delivering exceptional financial results in highly competitive markets. Jeremy most recently held the position of Senior Vice-President of Product, Marketing and Professional Services at Bell Canada where he was responsible for a multi-billion dollar P&L across various technology domains including voice, collaboration, contact center, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity and IoT focused on the small, medium and enterprise segments.
