WHAT:	At ITEXPO East 2010, the leading conference and trade show covering IP communications technology, Sangoma Technologies Corporation will showcase in its booth (#601) solutions from six application partners. These solutions are representative of the breadth of software-based communication applications that run on Sangoma's voice and data connectivity components. The exhibits include open source and proprietary solutions fit for contact centers, large enterprises and small-to-medium businesses.
	•	3CX - 3CX Phone System for Windows is a software-based IP PBX that replaces a proprietary hardware PBX / PABX. 3CX's IP PBX has been developed specifically for Microsoft Windows and is based on the SIP standard – making it easier to manage and allowing you to use any SIP phone (software or hardware).
	•	Elastix – a full-featured, Linux-based, open source IP PBX appliance software that leverages Sangoma VoIP cards as an interface to the PSTN. Elastix combines tools available for Asterisk-based PBXs into a single-easy-to-use interface and adds its own set of utilities to allow for the creation of third-party modules, making it a strong choice for open source VoIP.
	•	inConcert – the company will demonstrate inConcert Contact Center, a comprehensive suite of IP solutions for the handling of client contacts for all types of organizations that need to optimize their client interaction management. Powered by Sangoma VoIP cards for connectivity to the PSTN, the inConcert Contact Center solution includes multimedia contact centers, interactive voice response (IVR) systems, call recording and predictive dialing.
	•	IndustryDynamics – a leading Canadian manufacturer of Skype gateways for enterprises and SMBs, the company will be demonstrating VoiceGear Connect, a Skype gateway that allows for complete integration of existing VoIP, analog and digital PBX systems into the Skype network. VoiceGear Connect uses Sangoma analog and digital cards for integrating Skype calling with TDM-based PBX systems.
	•	Trisys – Trisys will be demonstrating Replay Call Recording, a call recording solution that delivers high quality digital call recording at a price affordable to any business. Replay uses Sangoma telephony cards to connect to T1 lines, thus enabling the capture of audio and call control events. Trisys' call accounting and call recording solutions help management improve customer service, employee productivity, and ultimately - the "bottom line".
	•	ViciDial – ViciDial is a complete open source inbound, outbound and blended Call Center suite. The Call Center software routes calls from service provider to agents, as well as provides automatic call distribution, predictive dialing, IVR and some PBX functionality. ViciDial leverages the Call Progress Analysis capabilities of Sangoma's NetBorder Call Analyzer software, along with Sangoma cards and the VoiceTime USB device, to optimize the performance of outbound call center operations.
	Sangoma US distributor Sotel Systems, a premier wholesale supplier of business communications products and services, and Latin American distributor XmarteK, a provider of VoIP solutions for call centers and enterprises, will also be joining Sangoma in the booth to engage with resellers in their respective markets.
